Subscriptions

Each month we will feature 5-6 items made with clean and gentle ingredients. They could be products or accessories. All meant for those just beginning their self-care journey.

Orders placed between the 1st -15th of the month will ship out within 2 business days of placing your order. Orders placed after that will ship in the first week of the next month. For example:

Example 1: If the sign up date is November 10th, the box will ship no more than 2 business days later, so November 12th.

Example 2: If the sign up date is November 22nd, the box will ship the next month, anytime between December 1st-10th.

We charge for recurring shipments on the first of every month. If you purchase your first order after the 15th of the month, you will not be charged until the next month. For example:

Example 1: If the sign up date is November 10th, the first box will ship by November 12th. The next box will be charged on December 1st and shipped between December 1st-10th.

Example 2: If the sign up date is November 20th, the first box will ship the next month between December 1st-10th. The next box will be charged on January 1st and shipped between January 1-10th.

Of course! You can cancel, pause, or skip a shipment whenever you'd like. You can do this in your customer portal.  Please note, pre-paid subscriptions can not be canceled prior to the end of the subscription period. 

We’re so sorry to hear you are unhappy with an item in your box. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for items in our subscription box, but would love to make this situation right for you. Please email hello@loveandxojulia.com and we will get this solved for you. 

Yes, all of our subscriptions re-bill in the time period you select. So if you sign up for a monthly plan, you will be re-billed on the 1st of each month. If you sign up for a 3 month plan, you will be charged every three months on the 1st of the month. 

Gifting to multiple people at different addresses is absolutely possible! We will need to set it up on our end, so please contact us and we can get that set up for you! hello@loveandxojulia.com

Cancelling your subscription is easy! Start by navigating to your account by clicking the three lines in the top right corner of our site, and then click "My Account". After logging in, select "Manage my Subscription". This will take you to a page that shows the details of your subscription, and you can select "Cancel" on the right side of the page.

Managing your address is super simple! Start by navigating to your account by clicking the three lines in the top right corner of our site, and then click "My Account". After logging in, select "Manage my Subscription". This will take you to a page that shows the details of your subscription, and on the top your will see your address. Select edit next to your address and update it, then select save!

Shipping & Returns

Yes! If you would like to ship items purchased in our online store overnight, please select the overnight shipping option at checkout. We require one business day for processing, so please note that overnight shipping does not mean the order will arrive the next day, rather that after leaving our facility it only has one day in transit. Please see the examples below for more information: 

Example 1 (for orders placed from Sunday to Thursday): If the order is placed on Monday, we will ship the order Tuesday and it will arrive Wednesday.

Example 2 (for orders placed Friday or Saturday): If the order is placed Friday, we will ship the order Monday and it will arrive Tuesday.

Shipping is included in the price of your XO Insiders subscription box.

Product Information

At a minimum, the products we feature will always be free of parabens, sodium lauryl sulphate (SLS) and phthalates while being gentle enough for young skin.

Whenever possible, we will include and highlight cruelty free products. Look for the cruelty free icon on our product pages to identify which items fall under this category!

We currently include vegan and non-vegan products in our boxes and in our store.  Whenever possible, we choose vegan products. Look for the vegan icon on our product pages to identify which items fall under this category!
